SHIPPING POLICY
We use UPS shipping at a rate of $5 per purchased item.
Shipping in the contiguous 48 states can be sent to residential or business.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii must ship via UPS Ground Intra-Alaska or UPS Ground Intra- Oahu and may incur additional shipping cost.
Some states have specific rules about shipping ammunition, you MUST be aware of these conditions per your state and provide us with the necessary information and/or credentials.
Example, California requires ammuntition to be shipped to an FFL in which case YOU must make the FFL aware of the planned shipment and they must provide us with a current valid copy of their FFL.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your satisfaction is our top priority at JB Ammunition.
Firearms: If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy. Please reach out to our Support team for assistance with returns, and rest assured that we are here to make your experience as seamless as possible.
Ammunition: We cannot take returns on ammunition due to safety reasons. However, if there is an issue with your purchased ammunition please contact the Support team and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
